There is a monthly newsletter that the Office of Sustainability sends out that covers upcoming events, workshops, and tips on how to live a more sustainable lifestyle.

There is an SJSU Green Campus Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook that has daily posts and reaches over 1000 people.

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:

The LEED green features of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library highlight the interconnections of buildings, community, and self.

Campus sustainability signage was created by a design class taught by Professor Chang Sik Kim in Fall 2019 and will be implemented on campus in Spring 2020.

Yes

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

The Office of Sustainability offers campus sustainability tours to classes and for off-campus requests.

Once the campus sustainability signage is installed, it will take the campus community on a self-guided walking tour.

Yes

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:

SJSU housing has a theme community that is dedicated to sustainable living. Additionally, all student sustainability workshops are hosted in the residence halls to promote green living.

There is a biannual sustainability report that covers all areas of campus sustainability and is available online on our website and in print.
