A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
All staff, faculty and management employees were surveyed in 2014. The employee engagement survey was administered by the Chancellor's Office and it addressed job satisfaction, work relationships, opportunities to learn, barriers to learning/success, quality of work, goals and objectives, customer service, etc. It addressed the employee's perception of their work environment as well as their supervisor, as well as general perceptions about the campus.

The results of this survey were only released in a high level form and have not been addressed in specific. However, the campus has undergone major leadership changes in the last three years and throughout those changes, many of the items in the survey have been addressed as a consequence of those changes. The results are not available online.
