A brief description of the program:
San Jose State University supports telecommunting. As a flexible work arrangement telecommuting allows an employee the ability to achieve a balance between work responsibilities and family life. When there are opportunities for improved operational performance, reduced commuting miles, as part of a disaster recovery plan, or to facilitate the potential for University savings, such work arrangements will be considered.
