A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
SF State gives all new employees access to Campus Orientation, which contains a webpage dedicated to Sustainability at SF State and an orientation presentation covering topics including Climate Justice, AASHE STARS reporting, and both SFSU and CSU-wide Sustainability Policies. All new employees are educated about SF State's green commute options, including transit benefits, ride share program, and electric vehicle parking.

New hires will see training from the Office of Sustainability in their task list. When clicked, a window will open that directs the employee to click and download the PDF file with training information (see attached pdf).
