Yes

A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive program(s) offered by the institution, including how each program addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainability:

At SDSU there are various opportunities each semester for students to participate in substainbility-focused study abroad and service learning courses with immersive experiences. Many of these programs are offered by faculty through the College of Extended Studies. For example: India: Hands-on Exploration of Indian Culture, Health, Sustainability, and Environment in Mumbai & Bhubaneswar
Spend two weeks understanding the effects of environmental pollution by taking hands-on field measurements in India while immersing yourself into exotic India's sceneries, culture, and cuisine. You'll be exposed to a fast-growing Asian economy and its struggles addressing environmental sustainability. This winter program is hosted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar. Program highlights include field trips to beautiful temples and other touristic attractions, as well as, yoga sessions, henna and pottery paintings, and native cultural programs.
