A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
Within 24 hours of an injury work related, the employee must fill out proper forms along with their Supervisor. These forms must be turned into Environmental Health Services and Human Resources. If the incident is recordable, it will be submitted to our Worker’s Compensation partner.
