Staff Welfare Committee conducts a survey and Faculty Welfare Committee also conducts one for faculty. Surveys are sent out electronically to all employees.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The Staff Welfare Committee analyzes feedback from all survey responses and meets with representatives from Human Resources to address concerns/issues raised by employees. Faculty Welfare Committee analyzes the feedback from faculty and meets with the Dean and VPAA about areas of concern.

These two surveys are done annually, and the results are widely shared among the campus community. A number of modest and even more significant changes regarding employee benefits and quality of work life have been implemented as a result of these comprehensive surveys.
