Staff Welfare Committee conducts a survey and Faculty Welfare Committee also conducts one for faculty. Surveys are sent out electronically to all employees.

The Staff Welfare Committee analyzes feedback from all survey responses and meets with representatives from Human Resources to address concerns/issues raised by employees.
