In addition to the EAP, a unique offering of Saint Mary's is meditation sessions conducted by a Christian Brother who is on staff at the College; the sessions are open to faculty, staff and students. Classes are offered twice per week for faculty and staff, and once per week for students, and faculty and staff are invited to attend.

Saint Mary's also offers free or discounted gym memberships, yoga and pilates class subsidies for faculty and staff as a way to encourage more proactive management of an individual's health.
