Wellness at Saint Louis University encompasses the principles of mind, spirit and body working together for the benefit of the individual and the community in which they impact. Employee wellness programs at Saint Louis University are administered by Vitality Wellness, SHAPE, SLU EAT, Billiken After Dark, LENT, and the employee assistance program. The university rewards employees who participate in these various programs.
