Saint Louis University participates in The Chronicle of Higher Education's "Great Colleges to Work For" program.
The program has two aims:
1.) To generate data to inform institutional improvement efforts, as well as new or revised policies and procedures
2.) To recognize institutions that have built great workplaces
Part of the program involves an employee survey that measures the strength of certain institutional competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
