We use the "Great Colleges To Work For" Survey Tool.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Meetings were held with the College Environment Committee, as part of the All-College Governance structure, to review the 2019 survey results and the comparison to the 2016 results. Additionally, a 60-minute consultative call was held in December 2019, with a consultant from ModernThink, for the purpose of further analyzing the survey results, summarizing strengths and opportunities, and obtaining recommendations for next steps to improve the work culture at Saint Joseph's College. The committee is formalizing the recommendations into a proposed action plan.
