Saint Joseph's College strives to ensure that all compensation/benefit practices are fair and equitable.
Total Compensation includes: 2.5% Match Retirement Contribution, $25K Term Life Insurance, Tuition Benefits, State of Art Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Recreation Opportunities including a beach front, 18 Benefit Plan Offerings in a Defined Contribution Arrangement, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.
