A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
We have a strong wellness program, with a dedicated coordinator who works closely with HR for employees at Saint Joseph's College which frequently sponsors lunch and learns on diverse wellnes topics. Employees are strongly encouraged to participate.
Onsite counseling available for students; wide variety of wellness activities, fitness courses and programs made available to all.
EAP provided through the healthcare provider, CIGNA.

Saint Joseph's College takes full advantage of the healthcare provider's wellness programs, with many of the programs managed and coordinated by the health and wellness coordinator.
