Modern Think's "Great Colleges to Work For" survey sponsored by the Chronicle of Higher Education was administered to all faculty and staff.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The 2013 "Great Colleges to Work For" survey was conducted as part of ongoing process to improve overall employee satisfaction at the College. The survey provided data concerning a wide range of criteria has already resulted in a number of improvements. The survey will be conducted at an as yet undetermined date to continually identify opportunities for improvement, as well as, to celebrate advances.

The 2014 Culture audit consisted of a survey of opinions of the campus community to assist the SJC Wellness Team with providing the programming that employees want to have. It helps us identify what keeps employees motivated and happy and offers information on areas for changes or improvements. There were 132 Respondents.
