Saint John’s University Dining Services serves a variety of locally-sourced foods, such as Kemps Dairy products, Plumb Crazy Orchard apples (Big Lake, MN), Johnnie Bread (baked on campus), North Dakota wheat for pastas, and Saint Joseph Meat Market brats and burgers.
