Rutgers approaches student wellness as including physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Services include medical, counseling, nutrition, a student food pantry, and free class, sport club or intramural team recreation. Similarly, a comprehensive suite of free programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional health are available to faculty and staff.
