Professional Development opportunities are available to employees in the fields of sustainability in the form of tuition assistance. The tuition assistance policy implemented at RRU provides the opportunity to employees to continue to develop their professional careers by offering tuition assistance in programs that align with the strategic priorities of the university. The university recognizes the personal need for individuals to pursue professional development that supports the alignment between the employee and the institution's values.
