A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Cultural Values Assessment (CVA) was conducted with RRU employees and contractors to assess organizational culture that include measuring employee satisfaction. The CVA was also intended to be a morale building program that was also aimed at determining communication issues, cultural values, and employee wellness. The CVA for RRU was administered by the Todd Thomas Institute.
