A brief description of the assessment(s):
The undergraduate student body at RRU takes part in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) and the graduate student body completes the Canadian Professional and Graduate Student Survey, completed in 2011 and 2013 respectively. The faculty and staff complete the Cultural Values Assessment (CVA), which was conducted for all RRU employees including contractors. The CVA is intended to engage staff and faculty on organizational culture that includes measuring employee satisfaction. The CVA for RRU was administered by the Todd Thomas Institute and the survey was last completed in 2010 by all employees.

The result from all of the surveys are addressed by senior administration, including the Academic Leadership Team (ALT) which makes recommendations to the executive for changes in policy and programs.
