|0.25 / 0.25||
Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
A brief description of the management system:
Smart meters are installed in buildings to track energy consumption. The central monitoring installation is still in progress and is expected to be finished within the 2013 year. There is also digital decommissioning (DDC) system which turns off heat and lights when people are not around.
