A brief description of the postconsumer food waste composting program:
95% of waste that is generated after the prepared food has left the kitchen is diverted by sorting through compostable and recyclable materials. Proper disposal containers are available everyone, there is no garbage in the dining area. If people are unsure of how to properly sort their waste, they can leave everything on their trays to be sorted by the staff.
