A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
The School of Environment and Sustainability at Royal Roads University (RRU) have implemented a Youth Science Outreach Program to expose kids to the concept of science both in a lab setting and also outside the laboratory. This innovative program is designed to teach young children the importance of science, our dependence on it, its interrelatedness to everything around us and how it can affect our day to day activities.
