A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
Royal Roads University currently offers training and/or other professional development opportunities in sustainability for their staff at least once a year. Some of the resources and service which have been established at Royal Roads University are a standing Wellness Committee, a dedicated employee resource site (found on the internal Portal), a bi-annual Body Challenge, and several health-based learning activities such as annual wellness fairs and regular Lunch ‘n Learn workshops. Also available to all regular employees is access to our Employee & Family Assistance Program (Interlock) which is a confidential counseling service for employees and their dependants.
