Rowan University's Affordability Task Force:
Established in 2016, the Affordability Task Force consists of staff, faculty, and student representatives from a variety of departments throughout Rowan University.
The mission of our Task Force is to better understand the financial-related needs of our students. We are a group dedicated to implementing strategies to ensure our students are aware of existing campus resources and strive to develop ideas for additional services deemed necessary for an affordable education here at Rowan University.
Tuition-Free Opportunities at Rowan University:
Earning your college degree has never been more affordable! To date, there are multiple pathways for which NJ residents and certain eligible noncitizens may qualify to attend Rowan University tuition-free!
For New Jersey Residents
The State of NJ recently implemented the Garden State Guarantee Program to assist juniors and seniors in completing their degrees. Rowan University expands this new program to first- and second-year students through the Rowan Opportunity Program. Both programs are designed to reduce tuition and fees after all other grants and scholarships so that the student pays a net cost of zero or a reduced amount. Click the program below for details.
For Dreamers
Rowan University is a partner school for TheDream.US Scholarship. These scholarships are for highly motivated undocumented students who want nothing more than to get a college education but are unable to afford the cost. Interested students must apply for this scholarship through TheDream.US website (linked below). Rowan University does not select recipients for this opportunity.
