The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) approves and issues this Air Pollution Control Operating Permit under the authority of Chapter 106, P.L. 1967 (N.J.S.A. 26:2C-9.2). This permit is issued in accordance with the air pollution control permit provisions promulgated at Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act, 40 CFR 70, Air Pollution Control Act codified at N.J.S.A. 26:2C and New Jersey State regulations promulgated at N.J.A.C. 7:27-22.
The Department approves this operating permit based on the evaluation of the certified information provided in the permit application that all equipment and air pollution control devices regulated in this permit comply with all applicable State and Federal regulations. The facility shall be operated in accordance with the conditions of this permit. This operating permit supersedes any previous Air Pollution Control Operating Permits issued to this facility by the Department including any general operating permits, renewals, significant modifications, minor modifications, seven-day notice changes or administrative amendments to the permit.
