A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
The university’s roots date back to 1956, when we started as a junior college serving adult learnings from inside the Broad Street Providence YMCA.Growing rapidly RWU moved to our Bristol, RI campus in 1969. Growing in complexity, we became Roger Williams College in 1969 and Roger Williams University in 1992, and adding the state's only School of Law in 1993. now have 8 schools of study offering more than 75 program across two campuses (Bristol and Providence) in coastal Bristol and the capital city of Providence.
Today Roger Williams University is a leading education institution serving over 6,000 students through our Undergraduate, Graduate, Law and University College programs.
Our STARS submission will focus on the whole of the university but primarily focus on the main campus in Bristol.

The rationale for excluding any features that are present from the institutional boundary:
Our University College programs and the operations of our Providence Campus will be excluded from our STARS boundary in this first submission. We want to focus on our main campus and the fuller residential campus and all operations and our full-time student enrollment and curriculum this cycle. The UC operation is heavily online and based out of Providence campus.
