A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Per the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment:
The Employee Satisfaction Survey is a tool used to determine how all employee satisfaction, how they feel about working for the college, and what aspects of their working environment could be improved. There are three surveys tailored to the three roles at the college (staff, faculty, and adjuncts) which are combined into one analysis which is conducted each year. This survey collects both qualitative and quantitative data and is disseminated as an online link sent to all employees’ email addresses. The overall results are presented to the executive team and department-specific results are sent to the relevant department director/vice president. All departments are asked to provide annual information regarding improvements enacted based upon employee satisfaction survey data.
