Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
A brief description of how printing is limited:
At the beginning of each semester, students are allocated $20 for printing on campus. Once the students expend the allocation, they must purchase more printing monies from the technology department for more printing. This printing limitation has motivated students and faculty to preview and submit documents digitally.
