Sustainable Office Certification

A brief description of the employee educators program (1st program):
Departments that show interest in sustainability reach out to the RIT Sustainability department and begin an office certification. They choose sustainability champions. We then train them with a class. Then they train and implement their department or office on sustainable practices. The current groups are Golisano Institute for Sustainability, College of Engineering Technology Dean's Office, and Student Government who is planning dept. Spring cleaning, office wide switch to reusable k-cups, switch coffee & tea to fair trade, and environmentally friendly soaps.
