RIT’s Alternative Break (AB) is a 5-9 day program designed to give students the opportunity to directly collaborate with communities around the world. Through this program, they learn about problems facing communities, perform short-term projects with various agencies, and interact with community leaders.
Topics Include:
Food justice and accountability
Safe and equitable housing
Environmental preservation
Sustainable community development
Education and youth development
