A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
A university-wide employee satisfaction survey is conducted every two – three years that replicates a set of core questions each time. To ensure confidentiality, the survey is administered online by a consulting firm specializing in employee surveys. The consulting firm provides 1) data results at the university, college/division, and department levels, 2) results from previous years to track progress, 3) normative and best-in-class data for benchmarking and goal-setting purposes, and 4) an online action planning tool for supervisors.
