Does the institution use a centralized energy management system that allows it to track energy consumption and performance in multiple buildings in a central location?:
A brief description of the management system:
The campus uses a web-based system called Webctrl (from ALC). The system monitors the main CHW and HW usage by bldg on campus that are supplied from the (2) Central Plants. The system also monitors the AHU, Pumps and terminal equipment for diagnostics, alarms and troubleshooting.
