A brief description of the institution's indoor air quality plan, policy, and/or practices:
Air quality in Rio buildings is measured by theJCI Metasys system and various other monitoring devices. Occupant complaints are taken and acted on through the Rio Helpdesk program, which is an online request and tracking program. Maintenance and Operations staff are required to respond to complaints within 24 hours.
