Does the institution offer at least one immersive, sustainability-focused educational study program that is one week or more in length?:
Yes

A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive program(s) offered by the institution, including how each program addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainability:
The courses in Environmental Studies generally include a public outreach project which we believe meets the definition of an immersive experience. We have created materials for MOTE Marine to use in their public outreach areas on Ref Tide (Harmful Algae Blooms) and ocean acidification. These have included PSAs, games, short films, illustrated booklets, and animations. We have constructed interactive models (both physical and digital) of the watershed for the Conservation Foundation to educate the public about water issues in the community. In response to a Public Utilities request, we worked with an elementary school to create the material so that the those students could learn about water issues and then teach their parents. We have also done public installations about Sea Level Rise on the major beaches in the area to show the public where the tide line would be in 2030 and 2040 which has now changed the conversation of SLR in the community.
