A brief description of the program:
Ringling College of Art and Design permits employees to work flexible schedules on a case-by-case basis. Requests for flexible schedules must be approved by the employee’s supervisor and department head. In determining the feasibility of flexible work schedules, supervisors must consider whether the position is appropriate and conducive to a flexible work schedule, how adequate staff coverage will be sustained, and how service levels will be maintained.
