A brief description of the technology used:
We have implemented occupancy-based technology temperature controls in three buildings and have the capacity to expand. Buildings currently using the Niagra/Trends Building Automation System include Bayou Studios, Christ-Janer Center, and the Student Health Services. All set-back temperatures are scheduled according to building demand use schedules. The percentage of interior building space with temperature control equals 100% for these buildings, excluding non-conditioned, open courtyards.
