Bistro 537 is a full-service restaurant on Richland's campus that is fully operated by its Culinary Arts Institute. It is a working laboratory for the institute's students, serving as a unique entrepreneurial experience. The program ensures that the Culinary students have the competencies and skills necessary to be successful in the culinary field.
