A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
All Richland employees are eligible to participate in the Dallas County Community College District Wellness Program, which provides opportunity and inspiration for employees to choose a healthier life and work style. Employees who participate in the Wellness Program receive health information, health screenings (complete blood analysis including cholesterol and lipid profile) for early detection and prevention, and feedback that will assist in their personal wellness goals. The program is offered as a benefit at no cost to the employee.
