A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
Richland evaluates employee satisfaction annually using two satisfaction measures administered biennially: an internal survey in even-numbered years and an external, nationally normed survey in odd-numbered years. The external, the Campus Quality Survey, assesses employee satisfaction with eight components of a quality organization that are strongly linked to the Baldrige Criteria to which Richland adheres. The internal survey assesses employee satisfaction with deployment of the college’s values. Results of both surveys are reviewed as part of Richland’s strategic planning process and action plans are developed to address key findings.
