A brief description of the program:
Human Resources Operating Guidelines for the college specify only the number of hours that must be worked by each employee group: faculty, professional support staff, and administrators. In consultation with their supervisors, employees define when and how their required hours are completed. Supervisors are empowered to condense work week schedules for employees in their areas based on the needs of the workgroup and/or office.
