A brief description of the plan:
Richland’s bike plan includes expanding access to the campus for bicyclists by adding bike entrances on the south and east sides of campus, areas that are adjacent to residential areas and are not accessible to vehicular traffic. The college also plans to add bicycle access points on the west and north sides of campus that don’t compete with vehicular traffic and are safer for bicyclists. Richland also plans to expand its bike storage, shower, and locker facilities for bicyclists from one to two facilities on each side of campus: Pecos Hall on the northwest side and Fannin Hall on the northeast.
