Yes

A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

Rice University and Methodist Wellness Services have partnered to offer Rice employees a multi-tiered program including Health Risk Assessments, Nutrition and Exercise Seminars, and Skin Cancer Screening Programs. Although participation in the entire program is encouraged, faculty and staff may choose to only participate in select activities. The goal is to help faculty and staff enjoy better health, increased energy levels and a renewed spirit.

Rice also has an on-campus Wellness Center in a LEED-Silver building, which hosts many of the university's wellness programs. The web site http://wellness.rice.edu/ serves as a clearinghouse of information about wellness issues, targeted specifically for students.
