Yes

A brief description of the garden:

Rice has 4 organic gardens on campus, each of which has between 1 and 4 large beds, in addition to various habitat beds. Although the gardens are not Certified Organic, organic farming practices are used. The gardens are maintained by students enrolled in BIOS 204, the community gardening class. Some of the produce is used in the Rice serveries, otherwise it is eaten by the students and community members involved. The total area of the gardens is approximately 3,500 square feet.
