A brief description of when and why the water use baseline was adopted:

Red River College Polytech took over ownership of the Notre Dame Campus, the main campus, in 2016. 2017 was the first complete year of operation after taking over ownership.

The performance year was selected as the last complete year of normal operations pre-pandemic. For this reason, the numbers reported below to calculate weighted campus differ from PRE-5 because the numbers used in PRE-5 are the most recent numbers available and the ones used for the performance year are from 2019.
