A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

Feeling valued and appreciated is one important components of a positive work environment. The annual BRAVO Awards recognize RRC Polytech employees who live the College’s core values – learning, respect, inclusiveness, integrity, sustainability and collaboration – in their roles, teams and professions. These awards are the highest level of recognition for employees.

Any employee can nominate another employee for one of the annual awards. One of the most special parts about the BRAVO nomination process is that it’s completely optional.
