A brief description of how representative samples were reached (if applicable) and how the cultural assessment is administered:
Invitations to participate were sent to every active student and staff email, and follow up reminders were sent before the survey closed. To help encourage participation, the survey was also promoted in college-wide student and staff e-news and a message was sent to all staff and faculty encouraging their participation and asking them to encourage student participation. Staff and students who participated were also given the opportunity to enter a draw for one of five $50 gift cards from the Campus Store (3 for students, 2 for staff). We received responses for 1,102 responses from students and 650 responses from staff across the college.
