A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:

DIVERSITY AND IMMIGRANT STUDENT SUPPORT DEPARMTENT provides customized diversity and intercultural trainings and programs to ensure that the learning environment is inclusive and respectful of diversity and to assist staff and faculty in develop valuable cross-cultural skills necessary in today’s global work environment.

The LGBTT* INITIATIVE provides educational opportunities and resources to build communication, understanding and respect for diversity throughout the College. The initiative offers the Ally Training to all staff, faculty and members of the College community. Allies receive education and training about LGBTT* issues and resources and are expected to support and welcome LGBTT* people.
