A brief description of how multiple stakeholder groups were involved in developing the plan:

Conciding with the College's launch of STARS (April 2011), Sustainabilty Working Groups were tasked with developing and prioritizing S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-sensitive)targets for the Sustainability Plan.

Consultations with students and staff were held (both online and in-person) and contributed to content of the plan.

Sustainability Plan targets are largely shaped by STARS and are S.M.A.R.T.
Measurement of their achievement is built into the plan and is largely quanitative.

The Sustainability Plan has set a one-year timeframe to achieve the targets.

The Office of Sustainability is responsible for reporting on the achievement of the Sustainability Plan.
