A brief description of how printing is limited:
In 2005, RRC switched from free, unlimited printing for students to implementing the Equitrac program. All students receive an Equitrac card at the start of the year containing a certain amount of print impressions (depending on their program). When the card is depleted students must re-load their card to pay for printing. When students print they are prompted to accept the print job before it is sent to the printer, thus limiting mis-prints.
